PFM Dental will undertake a valuation of the dental practice, providing you with a comprehensive report and all the workings so you fully understand the valuation. We will also provide any suggested changes which may enhance the valuation further and, during the meeting, we will discuss the sale process, types of buyers and your preference and requirements for the sale.

This includes the collection of the practice information (due diligence service), sale/purchase agreement, NHS contract transfer and guidance with the CQC application.
Most people want to ensure that they receive the best price and, as such, will put the practice on the open market. On average, an NHS practice will achieve 15 viewings per practice with more than 10 offers. This allows us to give you a number of purchasers and offers to choose from.
If you are considering selling to a Body Corporate, PFM Dental will handle the sale on your behalf. The Corporates are vastly experienced and you should not try to go it alone. The values can differ considerably and care needs to be taken with any targets and penalties. PFM Dental deals with Body Corporates on a regular basis, giving you the peace of mind that we can get the best deal for you.
If you are looking to sell to an associate or have an interested party, PFM Dental can still handle the sale on your behalf, giving you our expert guidance and to maximise the sale price. We will do everything as we would on a normal sale other than the marketing of the practice (and because of this reduce our agency fee). This includes the negotiation, finance verification, monitoring of the sale and the legal work.
