Professional, ethical and fair. Valuations you can trust.
Why do you need a valuation?
We produce valuations for a rainbow of situations. Maybe you’re selling up and heading off for retirement adventures. Are you a buyer, checking an opportunity is all it’s cracked up to be? Perhaps you’re bringing new partners on board. Or is someone leaving?
If the practice is going on the open market, it’s obvious you’ll need a clear valuation before we put your dental practice up for sale. But even when it’s not, it’s vital to know the status quo before you shake hands on a deal, whether that’s hello or goodbye.
Buyers also need an assessment of market value, so you know you’re getting a fair deal before you sign.
What you’ll get
Our valuations are worked out by a dental specialist, fully immersed in the industry and with a finger firmly on the market pulse. We know what types of practices are in demand and we understand how they operate in the way that only a specialist can.
The report is a detailed analysis of the practice - but with a plain-speaking overview and recommendations.
You’ll get a breakdown of the background, profitability, accounting information, equipment inventory, fixtures and fittings and a transparent workings of your valuation.
What we can also give you
If you’re selling and you want to market your practice with us, we’ve got thousands of buyers on our books, active and keen to buy.
We’ll help you match your practice to the perfect buyer, making sure your staff and your patients are well looked after.
