We are pleased to bring to market a dental practice in the Greater Manchester area. The practice has 2 surgeries with a 3rd room plumbed, and further unused rooms giving the ability to expand the practice further. The practice is currently worked associate led, but would suit a full time owner occupier.
Whilst the practice generates the majority of income through the NHS there is a private plan in place and is also generating income on a private fee per item basis.
