Caroline qualified as a commercial property solicitor in 2016 having worked exclusively for dental and healthcare clients. Caroline is experienced in dealing with acquisitions and disposals of freehold property, acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants (such as the grant of a new lease, lease renewal, surrender or lease assignment) and dealing with all aspects of commercial lending.
