Laura has worked in commercial property since she qualified in 2012. She is experienced in dealing with acquisitions and disposals of freehold property, acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants in their leasehold matters (such as the grant of a new lease, lease renewal, surrender or assignment of a lease) and dealing with all aspects of commercial lending.
