From initial meeting with the valuer (Samantha) to final result of the sale all members of the valuation and legal team were fabulous. The sale took about 9 months and was stressful mainly due to the due diligence, however I was helped through every step of the way. Advice to prospective sellers is to start the due diligence as soon as you accept an offer!
